Holiday Gift Guide: Auntie Anne's & Cinnabon Baking Kits + Giveaway!

Disclosure: I received Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon Baking Mixes to facilitate this review. No other compensation was received and all opinions are 100% my own and honest.

When I was 14, I got my first job at an Auntie Anne's Pretzels shop in the mall. I worked there during the summers and holiday breaks for the next 3 years. Ever since, my family and friends constantly begs me to make them pretzels. Somehow, it even became a holiday tradition for my niece and me to make pretzels on Christmas day. Luckily for me, several years ago we came across Auntie Anne's Pretzels & More Homemade Baking Mix. This mix makes our pretzel making so much easier! I just discovered that Cinnabon offers a similar kit to make eight delicious cinnamon rolls.

These mixes are a great way to enjoy your favorite mall treats without having to fight the holiday shopping crowds. The Auntie Anne's kit has a suggested retail price of $5.99 and can be found at Walmart, Michael's and several regional grocery store chains. The Cinnabon kit has a suggested retail price of $5.98 and is exclusively available at Walmart.

The Auntie Anne’s Pretzels & More Homemade Baking Mix features Auntie Anne’s famous dough mix, which can be used to create a variety of delicious and fun recipes. From traditional soft pretzels to deep dish pizza and gooey pretzel bars, more than 40 recipes can be enjoyed with the versatile mix. There are also featured holiday recipes, including Christmas bread and pretzel stuffing, which make the perfect addition to any holiday party.

The Cinnabon Baking Mix makes eight cinnamon rolls, along with other delectable treats made with the same irresistible ingredients, such as monkey bread, cupcakes or even ham and cheese pinwheels.

We haven't had the chance to use the Cinnabon kit yet, but Mike begged me to make the pretzels the other night and Grace was excited to help. The process is super easy with my stand mixer. These are fun to make with kids, just make sure to give yourself plenty of time because the dough will need time to rise. They enjoy getting to help shape the pretzels. The instructions give an easy method of getting the right shape but I am still able to use the pretzel making skills I learned when working at Auntie Anne's. My nephews and nieces are fascinated by this trick and are determined to learn how to do it:

Our pretzels were super yummy.

We even had to make mini versions for Grace and Connor.

The Cinnabon cinnamon rolls will be a great treat for out Christmas morning! Start your own holiday traditions this year with Cinnabon and Auntie Anne's baking mixes.
