Red Gold Slow Cooker Gift Pack Giveaway!

Fall is officially here and I'm loving this weather! I've partnered with some amazing bloggers to offer a great giveaway to help you prep your family's fall meals.

Fall is making it presence known little by little in my area of the country. We enjoyed some weather in the 50's last week and this week is starting off still cool in the 60's. I love it so much. Fall is the perfect time to get out the slow cooker and enjoy warm meals together as a family. Red Gold wants to help you create those meals by offering delicious recipes that include their wonderful tomato products.

Red-Gold-Mac-Cheese

Slow Cooker Spicy Macaroni & Cheese

Servings: 8 | Preparation Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 240 minutes
2 cups pasta of choice, uncooked
2 tablespoons butter
8 ounces processed American cheese, cut into cubes
8 ounces cream cheese, cut into cubes
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 cup low fat milk
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes With Green Chilies, drained or 2 (10 ounce) cans Red Gold® Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies , drained
  • Place the uncooked pasta in the bottom of a 3.5-qt. crock pot that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Add the remaining ingredients, except RED GOLD® PETITE DICED TOMATOES with GREEN CHILIES, to the slow cooker and stir until well combined. Cook on LOW for 4 hours.
  • Just before serving add RED GOLD® PETITE DICED TOMATOES with GREEN CHILIES; stir to combine.

  3. My favorite tomato dish? HARD to choose. My goodness when I realize HOW much I make that use tomatoes in it! From homemade Pasta Sauce to chili, to hotdishes, to just putting tomatoes on tacos.. I love tomatoes.
