We were getting ready to head to the library for a program and I told her to find her baby while I finished getting Connor ready.
She knows she's only allowed to bring one baby (she has about 15) or animal with her so I reminded her of the rule and she quickly put one down.
I had no idea where she'd found the purse or what was in it but I didn't want to drag it with us.
Me: Grace, put the purse down and let's go.
Grace: No, Mama, baby's bottles
Grace: Bottles for baby
I couldn't figure out what she was talking about but when I looked in the purse, sure enough there were her play bottles for baby (along with a plastic cow, sheep and fork, weird I know!)
It was so cute that I let her bring the bag.
When we got to the car, I put the diaper bag in the passenger seat and she wanted to put her purse in there too. She then told me it was time to go bye bye.
I don't know where the bottle obsession came from, but she's fascinated with them lately. Connor won't take one so she really hasn't seen them being used much. Today, I found her trying to give Connor an empty bottle. He thought it was hilarious and was chewing on it while she said "Or (her name for Connor) eat....eat Or!"
She cracks me up!
